With over 25 years of coaching experience, Micah started his fitness journey in martial arts and solidified his love for fitness in military school while competeing on the physical fitness team. Specializing in corrective exercise, nutrition and with a background in massage therapy, Micah has helped transform the quality of life for hundreds of clients.

Ali has over 20 years experience of being a professional trainer and coach. With her beginnings as a competitive dancer, education in movement, and strength training; she has a deep understanding and love for fitness and when done right, the quality of life it brings.

Thomas Marriott
NASM CPT, NCCA CPT, Sports Performance Specialist,
Thomas's journey started with his love for soccer. While playing professionally in Germany, he began to deepen his understanding and love for injury prevention and performance conditioning. Through his career as a professional trainer and coach, that started in 2018, he has continued to educate himself achieving multiple certifications, worked as a physical therapy assistant, and is on his way to achieving his Kinesiology degree.

Kinesiology BS, Exercise Science degree, CAFS Gray Institute, SFG-1
Jorgé has over 20 years experience as a professional trainer and coach. During this time he has achieved a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and is certified in applied functional science from the Gray Institute. Originally working towards a career in physical therapy, he switched paths and decided that as a personal training coach he could make the biggest impact. Lucky you!

Aaron's passion for fitness began early, leading him through junior leagues to playing college football for a nationally ranked team. He earned a B.S. in Kinesiology and Sports Science with a specialization in nutrition. While working with professional and collegiate athletes, Aaron recognized that everyday individuals—parents, desk workers, and seniors—needed his expertise just as much.
